Yield: 3/4 cup

Ingredients

Add cornstarch to shopping list 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Add water to shopping list 1/4 cup water

Add apricot preserves to shopping list 2 tablespoons apricot preserves

Add lemon juice to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Add sugar to shopping list 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

Add canned peaches to shopping list 3/4 cup canned peaches

Add Vanilla ice cream to shopping list Vanilla ice cream

Directions:

In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch and water. Add apricot jam, lemon juice and sugar; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes; reduce heat. Add peaches and heat through. Serve warm over ice cream
